Most consultants hand you a PDF and disappear. I stay in the weeds until the thing ships. Strategy without execution is just noise. My value is in bridging the gap between knowing what needs to happen and making it happen.

Endless status calls are a tax on deep work. I communicate clearly and deliberately through async tools — Loom, Slack, written updates — so you always have full visibility without sacrificing focus. We meet when it matters, not by default.
